A simple process for making a claim which clearly points out what is covered eliminating undue confusion.

I would like to thank you for your efficient manner and politeness in dealing with my claim. You have made it as stress free as possible.
Thank you for the quick payment for the claim on our car. We really appreciate the pay out and how smoothly it all went.
I would recommend the warranty to anyone. The work was completed by my local garage so I did not have to make the 120 mile round trip back to the selling dealer. The warranty company paid £1600.00 for the work without any problems.
I could not fault the claims process or the refund time.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Autoguard for their swift response in authorising my repairs. I am particularly impressed with the actions of their customer service department. Please pass on my thanks to all involved in my case.
