Very pleased with the service that I received. I would not hesitate to recommend.
I could not fault the claims process or the refund time.
I would recommend the warranty to anyone. The work was completed by my local garage so I did not have to make the 120 mile round trip back to the selling dealer. The warranty company paid £1600.00 for the work without any problems.
