At first I thought oh no, this is going to be my worst nightmare having to deal with a warranty company. How very wrong I was! After the first contact everything moved quickly, including payment.
It has been a pleasure to speak to all concerned at Autoguard in respect of my claim. Everyone has been polite, accurate and extremely helpful throughout. Regrettably, this is often not the case and I am hugely impressed.
I was very happy with the service and friendly staff.
I wish to express my thanks for your helpfulness in this regard. I would like to add that the garage were most impressed by your positive approach to their request, not many companies are as helpful as yourselves.

I dealt with Andrea Lapworth who was very helpful. This was my first dealing with Autoguard and I was impressed with how fast the claim was dealt with.
Autoguard Warranties online system allows us to register and upgrade policies easily. The administration team are quick to respond to any requests.
