I would just like to thank you for your care and attention to my claim. I really value your integrity and customer care.
To provide the trust and transparency we want to give to our customers the Autoguard App is the icing on the cake when offering an Autoguard Warranty. Having the details of their contract, along with guides on their smartphone makes contacting Autoguard easy.
In a situation such as a breakdown requiring recovery, the location maps provide clear and accurate details for pick up, along with details of the nearest repairer.
In this digital world having the Autoguard App helps to provide reassurance and also demonstrates its nationwide cover, especially as we are now seeing potential customers who are not always local to us.
The service was excellent in every way, very professional thank you very much.
