"We have been dealing with you a little over 12 months now and I felt it would be remiss of me if I didn’t extend to you how happy we are with the service we receive from your company.
Not once have I had cause to complain about your service but more importantly neither have my customers.
Our area manager is always on hand when we need him and does exactly what he says he is going to do.
This is a breath of fresh air for us and customer satisfaction is a priority for our business and you give us exactly what we want. We go to great trouble and expense that every car we sell is prepared to the best it can be to ensure warranty claims are kept to a minimum but you have dealt with every claim with empathy and professionalism.
