We have invested in our Area Sales Managers to provide the highest level of training and support to our Dealer Partners.

Autoguard Warranties are delighted to announce that over the last 4 months, a select group of our Area Sales Managers have completed an IMI accredited Class Leading Area Sales Manager programme.

Run by Sentience Automotive Solutions, the rigorous four-module programme commenced this July with the group graduating on 1^st December. The group participated in case study analysis, evidence-based modular coursework and a final presentation which each member showcased in front of the Autoguard Board of Directors.

We invest in our Area Sales Managers to ensure they are always adding value to our dealers. Through applied study, knowledge and hard work, the Autoguard Warranties Area Sales Managers have been award with a Personal Development Certification from The Institute of the Motor Industry and they have left with a clear, and concise, plan to improve their Dealer Partners' profitability and businesses in 2023.

We operate on the philosophy that the customer wins by getting a great product, the dealer wins by being profitable and selling great stuff, and we win by ensuring all the above are happy; that's what it's all about!

Our Area Sales Managers celebrated their graduation as a team where they received their certification framed, photos to commemorate the occasion and a celebratory curry at the local curry house.  â €

As of today, the team can confidently work with their Dealer Partners to immediately impact their businesses ad drastically increase their profits.
