Our claims team all come from an automotive background, many being ex-mechanics. This comes in very handy when talking with garages and knowing the ins and out of what’s going on with your car.
If you have a claim that’s been diagnosed by a VAT registered garage, they will call our claims team and tell them the diagnostics.
If the mechanical or electrical component is covered within your warranty, either we will pay the garage directly or will transfer the payment back to your designated bank account within 14 days – simple as that!
